Salary Range: $100 - $150 / hour DOE
Director of Total Rewards Requirements:

10+ years of experience in benefit plan design, program administration, equity administration, and compensation programs

Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CEBS, PHR, SHRM-SCP) are a plus

Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits and compensation

Excellent analytical, financial, communication, and presentation skills

High attention to detail, organization, and project management skills

Experience in the Pharma or Biotech industry is a plus but not required
Director of Total Rewards Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a multi-year benefit strategy considering market trends and cost-effective approaches

Design innovative and engaging employee benefits programs tailored to all employee levels

Ensure effective communication of total rewards programs, including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life insurance, 401k, and other plans

Build and maintain productive relationships with brokers and external vendors
-
Organize annual health and wellness fairs and open enrollment sessions

Oversee compensation program fundamentals, including review cycles and market analyses

Lead and mentor the benefits team, ensuring their growth and development
-
Provide support for benefit and retirement programs in Canada

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations (FLSA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, etc.)

Demonstrate success in vendor selection and management

Manage commission structures for future sales teams
