Operations Scheduling Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and motivated Operations Scheduling Coordinator
to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing
and coordinating the schedules of our service crews, both in the local Tri-State
area, as well as in our remote territories across the east coast. The ideal
candidate has experience with customer service and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track status of inflow and processing of approved work proposals.
- Organize approved proposals into groups for efficient scheduling and
servicing.
- Coordinate with customers based on crew availability to ensure proper scheduling of approved services.
- Use information from proposals to create work orders for our service crews and notices to be posted by customers to their residents.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations of the office and timely billing of work serviced.
- Ability to be flexible with filling last minute cancellations.
- Handle high pressure situations.
- Understand work capacity and time management to optimize daily productivity
- Customer Friendly Focus & Orientation
- Manage conflict and be a problem solver to identify obstacles, strategize solutions, and make informed decisions swiftly, keeping the work crews on track.
- Supervisory skills a plus
- Confirm appointments with customers via email and provide necessary instructions, information, and route questions to proper parties when required.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments or general information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a scheduling coordinator a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite and/or MS Office is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
