Location: Seton Park, Riverdale, NY 10463
Dates: The bootcamp is set up in 6-week sessions with 1 to 3 weeks in between. The next session begins on July 29th.
Days/Hours:
- Wednesdays: 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm (arrive by 6:15 pm for setup)
- Fridays: 8:30 am - 9:15 am (arrive by 8:15 am for setup)
- Occasional fill-ins on Mondays as needed (I will need someone for Monday Aug 12th both the AM & PM class)
- Potential for additional classes in the fall
Pay: $35 per class, with potential for performance-based bonuses
About Us: Body Goddess is dedicated to redefining how people feel about their bodies through a holistic approach to health, Nutrition and fitness. We empower women and families to achieve lasting transformations by promoting sustainable fat loss and longevity. Our personalized nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle programs help clients create their own version of health and happiness, with a focus on overall well-being.
Our Bootcamp clients are primarily women aged 35 to 65 who seek fat loss, better mobility, overall health, and building confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead group fitness classes following the provided workout plans, which include warm-up, cooldown, and circuits (45s work, 15s rest).
- Arrive 15 minutes early to set up.
- Ensure a safe and motivating environment for participants by monitoring proper form and providing modifications for various fitness levels and abilities.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations for each exercise.
- Track attendance and communicate effectively with participants.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Certification.
- Proficient in modifying common exercises and ensuring proper form.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to being on time.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to commute easily to Seton Park in Riverdale, NY. (Preferably living in the area)
- Strong motivational and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine care for participants' progress and well-being, with an ability to build rapport and understand individual goals.
