Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front-of-house operations, including customer service, reservations, and seating
- Train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house staff
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for front-of-house activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food service management and restaurant operations
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff
- Familiarity with food preparation, catering, and kitchen management
