Training Support Specialist
Overview
United Real Estate, a fast-growing brokerage real estate company, has a great opportunity for a Training Support Specialist to the Director of Training, Education and Development (TED). In this new position, the Training Support Specialist will support a national network of agents and brokers providing support for training operations and our National TED programs.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and course ware to create content of standardized learner and facilitator guides, job aides, etc. in a digital or traditional classroom setting.
- Assist in creating training programs and products graphic design skills.
- Develop and manage training landing pages and websites.
- Able to turn ideas into workbooks, slides, videos, and landing pages.
- Facilitate Zoom training as needed. Will act as the moderator for the training.
- Collaborate with team to create products needed to push out to the target audience.
- Aid in the development of Excel based performance mirroring devices such as pivot tables.
- Ability to learn and become proficient in the use of company's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Must have two years’ experience in graphic art design using CANVA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience designing slides, workbooks and various graphics for use in training programs (training objects).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with staff, contacts within our broader network of offices and outside vendor partners.
- Technical aptitude with proficiency using Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel, Google Docs, Zoom.
- Self-starter that can manage his/her own activities.
- Real estate brokerage experience helpful
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
