The McShane Firm represents the citizen accused of a crime by the government. The McShane Firm is a Harrisburg-based law firm that focuses on criminal and DUI defense law. From summary offenses all the way up to death penalty cases, we have represented 1000s of citizens over our 20+ years in advocating for the citizen accused. We are passionate about what we do. People come to us when they cannot lose.
The McShane Firm is currently looking to hire a litigation associate who will zealously advocate on behalf of clients. We are not a cookie-cutter firm. We are looking for non-cookie-cutter attorneys. We are looking for someone that wants to be the very best and join the very best.
In this exciting role, you will be mentored and crafted to be the best that you can be. You will begin earning $65,000.00 a year while learning how to be a skilled criminal defense attorney and try cases. Once hired, you will begin an apprenticeship program and be personally mentored by Attorney Justin McShane. Attorney McShane will teach you how to be the very best attorney and prepare you to face any challenges you may meet. Once you have "graduated" the apprenticeship program and are ready to represent clients, you will begin to build your own caseload and receive an additional $15,000 increase in salary. The length of the program depends on you and how quickly you learn and how eager you are to become the best there is.
