Description:
Medium Assembly work.
Occasional lifting to 75 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds using a vacuum lift assist or team lift.
Following standard operating procedures and ensuring conformity to customer specifications.
Using ERP system to look up material, issue material to production orders and receive finished goods from production orders.
Must be able to follow production order bill of material and building instructions which may be in the form of pictures, diagrams, or drawings.
Building requirements may require wiring of batteries in units or creating battery modules, making wires, installing communication cards, labeling, repackaging, and reworking units.
Assemble power cabinets per instructions. Connecting power cords to utility receptacle to verify work. Set up IP addresses for network ID cards. Assist with inventory battery recharges.
Requirements:
Must be a self-starter willing to do repetitive manual labor.
Must know how to use or able to learn how to use hand tools, power tools, pallet jack and pallet strapper.
Must be able to learn company ERP system (SAP) and Microsoft Office 365.
Must be able to work independently or in a team as needed.
Basic math skills highly valued.
Willingness to adapt to a changing and growing environment.
