What You'll Do
The RBT Manager oversees various aspects of client care and safety. RBT Manager is responsible for the Registered Behavior Technicians and Lead RBTs. RBT Manager will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure client safety and success.

- Manage, train, RBTs and Lead RBTs. Make certain that all client support staff members are properly trained and understand the company policies and company processes.
- Ensure lead RBTs are cross trained on appropriate clients.
- Work closely with Director of Operations with schedule and completed services.
- Complete evaluations and performance reviews for RBTs and Lead RBTs.
- Promote growth opportunity for RBTs and Lead RBTs
- Enforce and maintain or adjust policies to best serve staff and clients.
- Follow and adhere to the departmental budget provided by the Executive team.
- Act as administrator on call as scheduled.
- Work with clinical team to ensure documentation is submitted accurately and timely.
- Observes and reports client behaviors.
- Identifies hiring need for RBTs, builds relationship with recruiting to hire new team members.
- Establish and maintain healthy relationships with the clients.
- Be available for facility tours and visits from our stakeholders.
- Assist the Executive team if tasks are delegated.
- To be available to work on weekends, nights, and holidays. Must be available to work overtime when needed.
- Must follow all defined company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Complete all company trainings.
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
The RBT Manager requires a 2-year degree in a relevant field (preferred):
- Certification: RBT
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Willingness to sign company NDA, and any revisions thereafter
- Preferred three-year experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy
- Preferred one-year leadership experience
- Preferred one-year training experience
- Applicants are expected to enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults with autism. They must demonstrate a strong ability to be fun and creative within play and demonstrate eagerness to learn new concepts.
- Must have Registered Behavior Technician credential
- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficient with technology

- Ability to communicate with various departments

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
