```Duties:```
- Provide administrative support to the team in all clerical duties including paybills, payroll, bookkeeping, filing, order processing, dealing with vendors and customers and multiple other tasks.
- - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office -- Word and Excel in particular.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, updating project documentation, and communicating progress to team members.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in typing and data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with phone systems and computerized databases.
