Summary: Seeking motivated, experienced Registered Nurse to assist with Prime IV hydration and wellness and Medallus Medispa. This candidate will work in a spa setting but will also play a pivotal role in the success of both operations. Assists in examination, procedures, IV hydrations therapy and treatment of patients under direction of a physician or advanced practice provider.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to the following:
Aside from performing non-surgical aesthetic and cosmetic services, an aesthetic nurse also has the following responsibilities:
- Consulting with patients and developing aesthetic plans along side advanced practice provider ;
- Setting appointments;
- Interviewing and medically screening patients before providing services;
- Performing skin examinations/assessments and reporting all abnormal findings to app licensed provider;
- Educating patients on treatments and procedures including what to expect before and after;
- Assisting physicians or advanced practice provider with cosmetic procedures;
- Staying up-to-date with new procedures and protocols.
- Obtains patient health history and vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height, and documents information in patients' electronic record
- Inventories and orders medical supplies and materials
- Keys data into computer to maintain patient records
- Keeps clinic stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Routine cleaning/deep cleaning of clinic
- Maintain up to date training assigned to expand skills and knowledge while ensuring understanding of new procedures and treatments implemented
PrimeIV Hydration and Wellness duties:
- Helps educate/train co-workers and new hires
- Has drive to educate and promote wellness to the patients who enter the spa
- Starting IVs efficiently
- Reviewing medical charts for consistency and accuracy
- Providing nutrient consultations
- Monitor patient during infusion
- Product sales
- Stocking, cleaning, Spa maintenance

Education and Experience: Certificate from college or technical school and one month to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses: Maintains a current RN license, certification in aesthetics (toxin, filler, facial therapies), and maintain a current BLS Certification.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents, writes routine reports and correspondence, and speaks effectively before patients or associates of organization.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, internet software and electronic medical records.
