JOB SUMMARY:
The UKG Integration Consultant will take charge of guiding and assisting clients through the implementation and integration of UKG products. They will offer their specialized knowledge as both a functional and technical consultant throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying the business process requirements (discovery), working closely with UKG and client teams, to create integrations files between UKG Products and client/carrier environments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Direct and work with client stakeholders, vendors, and PMs who are part of the UKG portfolio of projects you are assigned
· Asses the existing systems and infrastructure within an organization to identify integration needs and opportunities for improvement. This involves analyzing data flow, system architecture, business requirements, and technical constraints
· Design solutions to connect and synchronize different systems and applications. This includes selecting appropriate integration technologies, protocols, and methodologies to achieve interoperability while addressing security, scalability, and performance requirements
· Writing custom code, configuring middleware platforms, or utilizing integration tools (including, but not limited to, Boomi) to build connectors and interfaces between systems. They ensure that the integration solution meets functional and non-functional requirements and is aligned with business objectives
· Conduct thorough testing of the integration solution to validate data consistency, integrity, and reliability across connected systems. They perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
· Coordinate with various stakeholders, managing change control processes, and ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations to ensure successful launch into production
· Document the integration architecture, configuration settings, and implementation details for future reference and maintenance. They may also provide training to end-users, administrators, and support teams on how to use and maintain the integrated systems effectively
· Comprehension and alignment to established goals and objectives within the framework of the Worldgate Continuous Feedback Approach
· Stay up to date on basic computer skills and best practices, such as word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing
· Understand Worldgate’s mission, values, and behaviors (The Worldgate Way) and ensure that daily interactions with Worldgate internal and external parties align to Worldgate’s values and behaviors

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & CERTIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent UKG or other ERP Training/Certifications
· 3+ Years’ experience in a UKG / ERP (HR and/or Time & Attendance modules) implementations as a functional or technical consultant
· 3+ Years’ experience in IT development, business analysis, and project management
· 3+ Years’ experience with Boomi, Middleware, and / or other integration software
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
· Project knowledge of integrating UKG / ERP systems, preferably Cloud UKG / ERP systems
· Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles when interacting with executives, IT teams, vendors and business stakeholders
· Ensure compliance with criminal background check standards by maintaining a clear record throughout employment tenure
· Proficiency in basic computer skills - word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing
· Ability to design system workflows
