Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome potential customers
- Assign leads that call or email
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer projects
- Operate the phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with project permits and process
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and office
-Manage daily office task
-Help with Permits
-Help with Schedule
-Help with Project Cordinating and Material Ordering
-Help with Invoicing and entering data
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
