Our Field Inventory Specialist will manage and control inventory within various sales and distribution channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role will travel to various areas across the United States to ensure accurate inventory counts, partnering with the Sales Team in the field.
Responsibilities:
•Support inventory repositioning for urgent needs, manage short-dated and stagnant inventory.
•Conduct monthly/quarterly field cycle counts, and correct inventory accuracy issues.
•Utilize inventory management systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Expandable, etc).
•Travel overnight as needed to meet customer demands and support field inventory needs.
Reporting
•Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
•Collaborate with Supply Chain Analysts.
•Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports
•Ensure compliance with supply chain-related regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement
•Build standardized supply chain processes for effectively managing inventory.
•Streamline cycle count processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
•Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
Qualifications
•Associates degree
•Minimum 4 years experience in the Medical Device industry
•Expertise with MS Excel
•Ability to travel within the continental US

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
