Pixsan is searching for a part-time (10-20 hours to start then increasing over time) Digital Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate is organized, with a background in managing digital marketing for multiple clients with the ability to complete and manage tasks efficiently and accurately.
It is important to demonstrate your ability to be highly organized, meet deadlines, be task-oriented, and have great customer service skills. In addition, you must have a solid understanding of paid and organic search optimization, conversion optimization, and local SEO optimization.
A 3 week training program will be provided that will cover all aspects of this role from communication with clients to the technical aspects of the programs.
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for assigned digital marketing customers
- Act as their customer advocate by ensuring satisfaction and celebrating successes
- Oversee fulfillment team's delivery of multiple digital marketing services
- Facilitate tasks between client and service delivery team
- Perform various digital marketing-related on-boarding and de-boarding activities
- Produce and explain monthly reports for clients
- A genuine interest in client results and continuous improvement
- Meet with clients via phone or video call
- Be available during US working time zones at least 2x per week.
- Deliver Keyword Research, On-Page SEO Recommendations and On-Page Implementation (mostly in WordPress, but can include Wix, Squarespace,and others )
- Oversee content authoring activities to produce blogs/social content. Deliver and post content
- Conduct automated technical SEO audits for active digital marketing campaigns and implement recommended changes.
Prefer previous experience with the following (not required to be an expert in all but at least some familiarity):
- Firm understanding of technical SEO best practices
- On-Page SEO Experience (Keyword Research, On-Page Recommendations, and implementation)
- Solid understanding of current digital marketing trends
- Working in a position that places a high value on customer service
- Meeting and building solid relationships with people of different walks of life
- Working in a B2B environment and thinking like a business owner
- Measuring results of marketing campaigns and effectively communicate those results
- A broad range of PPC and other paid strategies
- Experience with SEO tools such as Moz, SemRush, Google Analytics, etc
- Experience working with WordPress, Wix, and/or Squarespace
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Familiarity with ClickUp a plus

Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEM, and PPC
- Process-oriented with the ability to learn quickly and adapt
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
