Job Requirements for the Licensed Real Estate Agent:
- A minimum of 1 year of licensed real estate experience.
- Must be in good standing with your MLS board and the DRE / be an inactive agent with the above who can move their license to Malibu Estates.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, takes initiative, and be self-motivated.
- Ability to generate leads and turn them into listings and/or sales.
- Must be able to get your own clients and not rely on the office to bring you leads.
- Be able to work from your home and out in the field (meeting with clients at their places of work, the subject property or at their homes).
