Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Reports To: Vice President of Operations and Business Development
Position Type: Commission-Based for the first 6 months, with potential for full-time employment
Job Summary:
As a Lead Generation Specialist at iOpening Enterprises (iOE), you will begin with a commission-based structure, with the potential to transition to a full-time role after a 6-month trial period. Your primary focus will be refining our lead generation strategy and optimizing our marketing efforts to generate sales leads and drive business growth. You will play a key role in expanding our services and increasing our impact by developing and implementing targeted strategies.
Your efforts will include developing a robust, scalable, and sustained sales funnel that generates high-quality leads and drives iOE’s revenue growth. Implementing this strategy will be a primary function of this position.
This role is about more than just acquiring leads; it's about understanding potential clients' needs, the uniqueness of our services, and fostering an engaged community. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies specifically aimed at lead generation.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to attract potential clients.
2. Client Engagement and Community Building:
- Engage with current, past, and prospective clients by creating an online community that shares iOE resources, promotes peer learning about iOE skills, and provides referrals to iOE.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive community that aligns with iOE’s values and goals.
3. Social Media and Sales Funnel Development:
- Develop a robust sales funnel that links lead generation strategies directly to higher Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Create an editorial calendar that includes social media engagement (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) and other outreach efforts to enhance our online presence and brand visibility.
4. Performance Metrics:
- Work with the Vice President of Operations and Business Development to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation activities.
- Report on progress and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve growth targets.

- Lead Generation and Sales Growth: Drive lead generation initiatives and implement strategies to enhance sales growth.
- Client Relationship Management System (CRM) Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in CRM management to maintain accurate contact information and business development data.
- Effective Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills, ensuring clarity, active listening, and transparency in all interactions, in line with iOE’s values.
- Emotional Intelligence: Utilize high emotional intelligence for building relationships, understanding iOE’s key customers' needs, and fostering a positive, inclusive team environment.
- Analytical Skills: Analyze data and trends to support informed decision-making, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Show adaptability and resilience, thriving in a dynamic industry and remaining optimistic through challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Client Experience and the Vice President of Operations and Business Development, demonstrating a collaborative spirit and a commitment to the company's overarching goals.

Compensation:
- This role will start as a commission-based position, with earnings tied directly to sales performance and client acquisitions.
- The commission plan will be designed to provide significant earning potential, with clear targets and milestones.
Path to Full-Time:
- After a specified period, typically 6 months, based on performance and achievement of key targets, there will be an opportunity to transition to a full-time salaried position with benefits.
- Performance reviews will be conducted to assess progress and alignment with iOE’s strategic goals.
Expectations and Commission Structure:
- Date of hire: July 8, 2024
- Generate four or more new leads per week.
- Maintain an average conversion rate of 50% or higher.
- Earn a commission rate of 30% on deals closed by December 31, directly attributed to your efforts.

Pay: $54,037.00 - $74,864.00 per year
