Key Responsibilities:
• Client Interaction:
* Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
* Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and issues.
* Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward clients at all times.
• Support and Administration:
* Assist in managing client accounts, including data entry and updates in the CRM system.
* Prepare and distribute client-related reports and documentation.
* Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
• Problem Resolution:
* Identify and troubleshoot client issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
* Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved satisfactorily.
* Document client interactions and feedback to help improve services and processes.
• Relationship Building:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Assist in client onboarding and training sessions.
• Continuous Improvement:
* Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends.
* Provide feedback and suggestions for improving client relations processes and tools.
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
• Education:
* High school diploma or Associates Degree
• Experience:
* 0-2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field.
• Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
