Audit Manager (AML Data Quality (DQ) Audit Team)
Charlotte, North Carolina /Dallas, Texas / Plano, Texas (Hybrid 3 days in office/ 2 days remote)
ARC Group is currently looking for an Audit Manager (AML Data Quality (DQ) Audit Team) for a Fortune 500 company we are representing in the Banking/Financial Industry. The right candidate will have an advanced degree (Such as CIA, CISA, or CPA), experience with Audit or risk control risk/controls background in financial services, and 4+ years of relevant Audit, Risk, and Data with 2+ years of AML. The department of this position is located in Charlotte, NC but candidates in Dallas, Texas, or Plano, Texas are also welcome to apply.

Overview:-
Lead and execute audits to evaluate data completeness and accuracy throughout the enterprise.

Act as a senior resource, leading audit engagements and mentoring junior team members.

Independently analyze control effectiveness based on regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and company standards.

Draft high-quality audit reports and present findings to Technology leaders.

Manage relationships with Technology partners during audits and influence management to enhance the control environment.

Foster an inclusive work environment and provide day-to-day coaching and performance feedback during audit engagements.
Primary Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute audit programs to validate data integrity across complex projects.

Conduct risk-focused fieldwork aligned with Corporate Audit methodologies to identify significant issues and exposures.

Maintain accurate work documents, contribute to drafting audit reports, and share results with business leaders.

Assist in managing regulatory compliance related to data management.

Utilize strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills to meet audit objectives efficiently.

Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements:-
Minimum 4+ years of Audit, Risk, Data, or relevant experience.

2+ years of experience in AML data investigations at a regulated U.S. financial institution.

Expertise in BSA/AML related risks with a solid understanding of financial services, including correspondent banking, corporate banking, treasury management, and capital markets.

Previous experience in data analytics, data mining, or automation preferred.

Strong communication skills to articulate recommendations and conclusions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple levels of management.
Desired Skills:-
Knowledge of business processes and front-end application systems.

Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, Alteryx, or Advanced Excel for analytical and automation tasks.

Advanced degree or certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA preferred.

Excellent presentation skills for effectively communicating audit findings and insights.
