Your Role:
The* Inside Sales Representative* is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales enthusiast that enjoys the driving seat. This individual will work at our beautiful headquarters in El Segundo, CA and report directly to the Vice President of Quikstor. This position is primarily responsible for prospecting new leads, fostering strong relationships, and cross-collaborating with sales and executive teams. If you have a strong enthusiasm for engaging in conversations, technology, and actively seeking new opportunities, then this is a perfect fit for you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and identify new leads, leveraging your sales experience and tenacity.
- Engage with existing customers to promote upgraded products and cross-sell other services, fostering long-term relationships.
- Answer inbound calls, requests, or web inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with assigned customer accounts and industry lead lists.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and executive teams in regular meetings to customize our approach for potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customers, and competitors through trade events and publications.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant SaaS sales experience.
- 1+ years of experience in utilizing CRM platforms.
- High School diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the self-storage industry is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and computer usage.
- Self-motivated, with a proven independent work ethic.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and integrity in client interactions.
