Office Clerk
A.S.A.P. Garage Door Repair is a family owned and operated company, providing garage door sales and service for both residential and commercial customers. We are seeking an eager, detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. It is a fast-paced office environment and would require strong clerical skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Hours would be from 7am -5pm Monday – Friday
Responsibilities would include
- Answering phones
- Scheduling service calls
- Dispatching technicians to service calls
- Entering invoices / payments
- Emailing customers
- Helping customers who come into our showroom
-Scanning and copying documents
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer skills
- Capability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work well independently, as well as maintain a positive team player mentality.
- Office and accounting experience is a plus
