What you’ll need to be our Traffic & Infrastructure Division Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related equivalent field experience
- Senior-level Managerial experience in the construction or similar industry
- Advanced knowledge of finance, project management, and business strategy
- Proven experience in estimating large projects (10+ million)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for building spreadsheets, graphs, and data points
- Strong understanding of soils & trenches
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and innovation
- Takes the initiative to achieve results with a positive response to pressure
- Valid Driver's License
- Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the division, driving the achievement of growth and profitability targets
- Oversee all operational aspects of the division to ensure effective and efficient project delivery
- Develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Monitor and track division performance, including financial results, project success, and other key metrics
- Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with all applicable standards and best practices
