Job Overview:
We are seeking two Construction Administrators to join our team and assist in the administration and execution of our contracts in two locations; one in our College Point office and the other in our Hempstead, NY office.
Duties:
- Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of project documents, i.e. RFI's submittals, etc.
- Maintain various logs;
- Assist in the submission of field payroll;
- Process and track formal correspondence with Clients and Subcontractors;
- Job-site compliance tracking;
- Coordinate new hire paperwork and job on-boarding for field employees;
- Compile monthly payment requisition packages;
- Process material delivery tickets;

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
