POSITION
Life Alert Emergency Response is currently seeking Entry Level Customer Service Representatives for our 24 Hour Call Center in Encino, California. This is an entry level position where you will be fully-trained.
COMPENSATION
$21 - $23 / Hour (depending on work history and experience)
AVAILABLE SHIFTS (working weekends and holidays are required)
- Day Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm)
- Swing Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)
- Overnight / Graveyard Shift (11:00pm - 7:30am)
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Work well under pressure and stressful situations; exhibit emotional control
- Ability to display a strong sense of urgency
- Bi-lingual or Spanish speakers a plus
