There is potential to be extended beyond 3 months. Selected candidate will be reviewing mostly pdf files of drawings and verifying or making recommendations per state/federal regulations and communicating this to end client.
Duties would include:
- Reviews, analyzes, and approves architectural and engineering plans for healthcare facilities
- Provides technical engineering assistance and consultation (internally & externally)
- Reviews reports, memoranda, architectural and engineering plans, for completeness, accuracy and content.
Qualifications needed:
- Knowledge of principles and practices of civil engineering.
- Knowledge of terminology and standard abbreviations used in civil engineering
- Ability to analyze and determine applicability of civil engineering data, to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as plans, specifications, blueprints, and drawings.

- Healthcare facility experience (highly desired): Prior involvement in construction or maintenance of healthcare facilities is a valuable asset.
