We pride ourselves on providing top-notch service to our clients, and we are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Service Manager in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our service department.
Job Description: As the Administrative Assistant for our Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. You will assist in various administrative tasks, scheduling, and customer service to enhance our clients' overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the appointment schedule for the Service Manager, ensuring efficient use of their time and resources.
- Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of service orders, customer information, and inventory.
- Communication: Assist in communication between the Service Manager, technicians, and clients, ensuring timely updates and resolution of service issues.
- Office Support: Perform general office tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Other Administrative Duties: Provide support with various administrative tasks as needed to keep the service department running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or administrative training is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
