Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issue resolution.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or orders.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services.
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide support in English and Spanish is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems, be able to maintain website and good at social media.
- Fluency in or other languages is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
This part time job may lead to full time if demonstrate ability and self motivate
