Responsibilities:
The hospital mentor for High School students will serve as a guide and role model for high school students participating in University Hospitals mentorship program. The mentor will provide educational support, career guidance, and personal development opportunities to students interested in healthcare careers. This role is essential to fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with high school students or in a mentoring role is preferred. Ability to work independently and
as part of a team. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for youth development and volunteerism.
