Our Project Managers act as the Team lead and are in charge of overall management of one or multiple construction projects from preconstruction to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management of construction teams.
- Interact directly with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other partners as the project’s primary contact at LMC. Facilitate good working relationships between all parties.
- Provide pre-construction planning, accountability, and follow-through.
- Manage project budget, monthly reporting and payment applications.
- Develop, maintain and enforce project schedules.
- Provide oversight and guidance to Project Engineers and manage contract administration processes.
- Assist in estimating, subcontractor selection & contract negotiations.
- Review architectural documents for completeness and constructability.
- Provide problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ensure customer service and client satisfaction at all stages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior construction experience as must
- Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints and construction-related documents
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Professional attitude and experience

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
