Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will:
Perform the initial visit and reassessment to develop the plan of care, completing all required paperwork of new patients throughout the Baltimore County and surrounding areas
Perform supervisory visits to current patients on a regular basis
Facilitate training, orientation, supervision and evaluation of caregivers
Complete client discharges when needed
Skills:
Client health assessments & supervisory visits
Knowledge of proper protocols for medication management
Basic knowledge of local, state (COMAR), and federal regulations
Caregiver competencies.

Qualifications
- Active RN License in MD
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Supervisory experience and proficiency in basic life support
- Stong clinical skills and knowledge of homecare practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- BLS certification
Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
