Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with warranty policies, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve warranty issues
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and repairs
- Reconcile all warrant receivables, warranty schedules, and work with accounting department with posting of payments from manufacturers and outside extended warranty companies.
- Assist in developing and implementing warranty policies and procedures
- Provide support to the service department as needed
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge of automotive or equipment warranties is a plus

Pay: $19.45 - $20.38 per hour
