We are currently seeking a Junior Helpdesk Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).
General Duties:
The Junior Helpdesk Specialist shall provide support to end users on a variety of issues.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or higher education.
- Minimum 2 years of Helpdesk support experience.
- Public Trust security clearance required
Preferred Qualifications:
- General knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office products, mobile devices, workstations and peripherals, and Windows OS.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility in performing daily duties in a fast-paced environment.
