Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Secretary and Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Sales office.
Duties:

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly

- Schedule appointments for the sales teams estimates and maintain calendars
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry,
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Provide support to staff with various projects
Skills:
- Proficient in computerized systems and office software
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Experience in a Construction office setting is a plus
- Ability to plan and coordinate events effectively
