FormWood Industries seeks an enthusiastic individual to fill an open position on our world-famous Customer Care team.
Responsibilities for this position include:
· Answering incoming customer calls and emails regarding order tracking, stock levels, quotes, order entries, or general information questions
· Update customer information in the customer service database after each call
· Become fully competent with our quoting and order entry systems
· Support the sales team with information and/or quotes so they can effectively communicate with our customers
· Provide accurate information on production orders for the production team
In order to be successful, the candidate must be able to:
· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to make each interaction a positive experience
· Must have high levels of integrity, especially when communicating with our customers
· Strong attention to detail and desire to improve customer relationships
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new systems
· Must be able to work successfully as an individual and as part of a team
· Work with our internal teams to continuously improve processes
· Have the ability to quickly learn new products and processes
· General math skills
· Must be able to dependable to work an eight-hour shift, five days a week
A High School Diploma is required, although an Associates Degree (or higher) in a business-related field is preferred.
Pay is based on experience. Health benefits, 401K, paid vacation, and PTO are offered.
