Education: High School Diploma Minimum
Work Experience: 10 Years or more minimum.
Job Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri, Every other Saturday. 8:30-5. Will require 2 initial weeks of training Monday-Friday. Possible Rotating Saturday Position. Saturday work is a plus. Employer can adjust hours slightly at start of employment.
Skillset, Traits: Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Computer Literate with Experience with Word and Excel, Understanding of Filing, General Office Organization, Golf Cart General Knowledge Preferred but not Required. Inventory Management and Online Item Sales experience is a plus. Filling out invoices for customers, processing over the counter sales and transactions.
Responsibility:
1. Answering phone, greeting and assisting customers with pricing and information. Updating customers on status of services.
2. Filing, organizing office documents. Writing office documents.
3. Assistance with ordering, checking in inventory regular, writing and receiving purchase orders. Pricing items as they come in.
4. Dusting and minor housekeeping.
5. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills that help assist other team members with task completion via phone calls, invoice finalizing and the ability to interact with customers in the store to help educate our customers on our products and services while our other team members become available.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.50 - $15.00 per hour
