Job Description:
The Real Estate Sales Manager Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting the Sales Manager and the sales team in their daily operations. This position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks and provide excellent support in sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations and administrative duties.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, property showings, and open houses.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems.
- Prepare and organize sales materials, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Provide support in managing property listings and updating listing information.
- Facilitate communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
- Participate in client meetings and sales negotiations as required.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities for properties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a real estate or sales environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM and real estate software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
