Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events or banquets
- Stay updated on current beverage trends and new drink recipes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, mixology, and drink recipes
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive experience for guests
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
