We are seeking dedicated Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts with experience in early intervention and pediatrics to join our team.

Primary job tasks:*
- Completes skill-based assessments and develops skill acquisition programming.
- Develops and implements Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) through the use of the results of Functional Assessments and Analysis and team collaboration.
- Trains team and family on implementation of strategies
- Provides supervision to ABA therapists
Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing
- Active certification from the BACB as a BCBA or BCBA-D in good standing
Minimum Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move easily between sitting and standing. Ability to maintain a safe, supportive environment by quickly responding to clients as needed.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
