Duties:
- Manage office operations including clerical tasks, payroll processing, and phone systems maintenance.
- Oversee office management duties such as preparing paperwork transactions, deal fundings, and title paperwork
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless coordination.
- Handle calendar management for executives and assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses, preparing reports, and assisting in financial planning.
- Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a powersports, boat, rv or automotive dealership
- Proven experience in office administration roles with a focus on team management and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with payroll systems, calendar management tools, and budgeting software is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
