I currently have one Expedia Cruises Location outside of Arizona and will, over the next few years, opening five locations in the greater Phoenix area. (Paradise Valley, North Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Chandler and Gilbert). I am looking for an individual(s) that are committed and dynamic to help open these locations and be a part of the growth of the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum two years experience in booking travel
- A proven track record leading teams
- Desire to help others achieve their sales goals

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- motivating the sales team to achieve their goals and ensure company profitability;
- liaising with travel partners, including airlines, hotels, tour operators and cruise companies, to manage sales plans and schedules, often one to two years in advance;
- overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.
- overseeing the recruitment, selection and retention of staff as well components of staff training;
- organizing incentives, bonus schemes and competitions;
- communicating with sales consultants and providing encouragement, help and advice;
- dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
- deal with staffing issues as needed
- help in the development and execution of the marketing plan, including social media, print, travel events and much more.
