Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.
Qualified maintenance technicians are needed with the following experience, skills, and availability:
· EPA Universal Certification (Is a Plus)
· General Electrical Work Knowledge
· General Plumbing Knowledge
· Light Carpentry and Tile Experience
· General Maintenance and Repair
· Self-Transportation is Required
· 40 Hours Per Week
· Alternating Emergency On-Call
Work-Load Expectancies (All job duties are not listed, 3-6 Stores)
· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment, and kitchen equipment refrigeration.
· Building repair and maintenance
· Planned maintenance and equipment upkeep (Ice machines, cooking equipment, facility equipment, HVAC filters, condensers, etc.)
· Communicate status updates for part order(s) and repairs with store and direct supervisor.
· Complete service calls accurately and timely
· Perform intermediate-level equipment and accessory installations
· Educate managers and other restaurant employees on how to maintain and troubleshoot basic issues

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evenings as needed
- On call
- Rotating weekends
