Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Manager to oversee our hotel's culinary operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, leadership, and hotel management.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of food service operations, including inventory management, food handling, and kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and dishes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.
Skills:
- Proficiency in culinary techniques and kitchen management.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices to control costs effectively.
