Job Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Manager at Wolfer’s, you will work directly with customers and internal staff members to support daily operations. You will exercise your critical thinking and technical skills and use your decision-making power to execute the best solution for the team and for the customer.
Duties:

Load, unload, and stage products and materials.

Ordering, Shipping & Receiving stock and inventory.

Manage and control onsite and field inventory.
-
Collaborate with department managers to maintain and improve inventory stocking and replenishment strategies.

Utilize computer programs including Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, Inventory Software etc.

Driving to pick-up or deliver parts as needed.

Thorough communication with warehouse staff, field staff, office staff and department managers.

Work indoors and outdoors.

Be able to handle, lift, bend, twist up to 50lbs.

Safely and effectively operate a forklift.

Adhere to and understand safety policies and regulations.

Assist in securing delivery loads.
Requirements:
- You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to team members.

Valid Oregon or Washington Driver’s License and clean driving record

Ability to work independently to complete tasks with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team environment.
