- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, providing product information, pricing, and availability.
- Process customer orders, including entry, confirmation, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate to schedule shipments and manage delivery timelines to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the company’s CRM system to ensure all information is current and accurate.
- Assist outside sales representatives by preparing quotes, scheduling shipments, and managing deliveries.
- Manage customer complaints and issues to resolve them promptly.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and communicating to prevent backorders.
