Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and maintaining new and existing customer relationships within assigned territory. Responsible for growing sales with existing customers and closing sales with new customers.
· Physically call on potential and existing customers to determine need and increase sales.
· Achieve monthly sales quota.
· Must be people-oriented, sales driven and a team player.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Provide quotes to customers and prospects.
· Answer customer phone calls within 2 hours of receipt.
· Answer customer emails within 4 hours of receipt.
· Ensure all customer issues are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
· Ensures confidentiality of customer information.
· Able to operate with minimal supervision.
· Ability to create your own route and schedule.
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
· Represent the Groggy Dog brand.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1-2 years of Outside Sales Experience.
Proven track record of growing sales.
Proven track record of building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to lift 60 lb box.
Preferred Skills
Experience working for a screen-printing company/promotional product business.
