Job Overview:
We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Office manager to join our team and help us maintain our administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and account management. Fluency in Spanish is required. As the Bookkeeper you will be filling a variety of taxes, and keeping with up with the due dates. Will also be in charge of coordinating logistics, Bookkeeper/HR duties involve a wide range of support HR duties,
Duties:
- Manage/Expedite accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Conduct regular financial reports and analyses.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure operational needs are met.
- Issue purchase orders to vendors and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.Ensure tax and licensing due dates are met
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Experience as an HR assistant
- Bank reconciliations
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience Quickbooks Enterprise with knowledge in general accouting
- Microsoft Office
- Fluent in spanish
