Greet guests and provide park information to our visitors

Perform guest check-in/check-out functions

Perform guest bag checks

Provide informational tours for small groups of up to 12 guests

Quickly resolve guest challenges by providing exceptional guest service

Distribute available lockers to our guests, while maintaining cleanliness of locker facilities

Maintain cleanliness of all park areas including trash removal and sweeping

Perform guest check-in functions for in-park activities

Maintain a safe work environment

Perform other duties as assigned
What it takes to succeed:

Must be at least 18 years old
-
Previous experience in a customer service role

Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills

Excellent guest service skills
-
Cash handling skills
-
Able to stand for long periods of time

Able to walk in sand
-
Able to lift 30 pounds
-
Able to push/pull 50 pounds
-
Able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes

Available to work 2 full days per week
-
Able to work shifts starting as early as 5:30 AM and ending as late as 11:00 pm (for special events)

Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred
