Responsibilities:
- Routine clean Community Clubhouse
- Setting up and breaking down auditorium events
- Preform minor plumbing repairs, minor electrical repairs, and minor general maintenance
- Interacting with residents/guests and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with Maintenance Department as needed for varies outside maintenance
- Certified Pool Operations is a plus
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ablilty to self motivate and work independently.
- Able to lift up to 75lbs
-Commercial Cleaning
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
