Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our healthcare team. The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing dietary plans, and providing nutritional counseling to promote overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine their dietary needs and restrictions
- Develop personalized nutrition plans based on patients' medical conditions and individual goals
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and food choices
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to their dietary plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in nutrition and dietetics
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics or related field
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Strong knowledge of physiology, diagnostic evaluation, and health coaching
- Experience in tube feeding, alimentation, and patient assessment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
