Review plans and specs, create RFIs, agenda and minutes of the meeting
Collaborate on estimating and conducting take-offs for prospective projects
Request, review and coordinate submittals, RFI's, samples and shop drawings
Create and maintain project logs
Responsible for AIA’s, Insurance certificates , Lien waivers
Manage and support change order management process by obtaining pricing and developing estimates
Negotiations with subcontractors, preparation of bid packages for sub-contractors
Work with PM and Field Supervisor, assist in procurement
Organize and document project meetings, participate in site meetings
Review and analyze Architectural plans and shop drawings for correlation with design intent
Participate in managing activities that are related to project closeout
Follow site safety policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
