SUMMARY
The HR Assistant provides high level administrative support to the HR and the Leadership team. This individual will have daily interaction with leaders and staff. This HR Assistant must maintain confidentiality at all times. This position is 75% HR support and 25% administrative support for Leadership.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Works effectively with and provides administrative support to HR, the CEO, and members of the Leadership team.
2. Maintains personnel files.
3. Provides calendar and meeting management and support for the Leadership team members. Schedules in-person and virtual meetings and supports the Leadership team in preparation and distribution of meeting materials. May make travel arrangements for leaders.
4. Prepares packets for Board meetings. Attends Board meetings and takes/maintains Board meeting minutes. Obtains signatures from Board Chairperson in a timely manner.
5. Handles ordering of office supplies and printed products; processes mail for all departments and is responsible for certified and express mail and equipment.
6. Assists with team member appreciation gifts and organizing events.
7. Gathers and prepares HR newsletters, presentations and announcements.
8. Updates and maintains the organizational chart and Employee Directory.
9. May attend meetings for the CEO or other leaders for the purpose of collecting information or taking notes.
10. Processes outgoing mail and maintains postage.
11. Establish improved work processes and systems to better centralize and organize daily business operations.
12. Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Associate degree in Heath Care Administration, Business, or a related field or an equivalent in work experience is preferred.
· 2+ years of experience providing administrative support is required.
· Advanced competency with Microsoft Office products (including Excel) is required.
· Experience working with virtual meeting technology (such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Team meetings, and/or Go-to Meetings) is required.

Pay: $18.78 - $25.00 per hour
